Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 0.50 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 0.50 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 5.00 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 6.00 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.0 lbs Candi Sugar Amber

    Candi Sugar Amber

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1.00 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.50 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 0.50 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 3 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • White Labs WLP500 Trappist Ale

    White Labs WLP500 Trappist Ale
