  • 0.69 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 0.75 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • 6.57 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1.1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.50 oz Hallertauer Tradition - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
