  • 1 lbs German Dark Munich

    German Dark Munich

    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • 6 lbs Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 oz Crystal - 4.6 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Crystal

    Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

  • Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend™

    Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat Blend™

    Blend of top-fermenting ale and wheat strains producing mildly estery and phenolic wheat beers.

Notes

Micro-mash the Munich for 60 minutes in 1.5 quarts water at 150. Sparge w/170F water from coffee maker. 4 days in primary, 12 days in secondary at 64-66F
