Discussion
light, but good

Racked to secondary last night, F.G. is at 1.010!!! Light, but a smooth ale finish. Dry hopped with 1-oz of Brewer's Gold. Pitched Yweast American Lager (just because) and will put it in cold storage (~48F) for at least 1 month. This one will probably be a repeat! - Rocks2GW

Gave up on the lagering idea, yeast was a tad bit old. Racked to keg and will force carbonate. This will be a dangerous beer....~7%alc.
