  • 5 lbs Golden Promise Pale

  • 1 lbs Aromatic Barley Malt; Simpsons

    Aromatic Barley Malt; Simpsons

    Flavour reminiscent of raisins. Could be used for body in low ABV bitters.

This will be the second runnings from a parti-gyle brew session, the first runnings going to a Wee Heavy.Will simulate second runnings gravity with 5 lbs of pale malt. and adjust amount post-brew.
