    Produced from selected lots of premium Canadian grown Copeland barley, Canada Malting Superior Pilsen is low in total protein, high in extract and low in color which makes it a perfect base malt for lagers of all types.

  • 2.5 lbs Vienna; Gambrinus Malting

    Vienna; Gambrinus Malting

    This mellow kilned malt is the missing link between a Pale and Munich malt. It is ideal for any amber beer,adding a balanced malty character.

  • .83 lbs Wheat; Gambrinus Malting

    Wheat; Gambrinus Malting

    Our plump, malted soft white Wheat is used in wheat beer or as an additional source for beer body and head retention at levels up to 10%. It is of low protein and has a typical color of 2.0 Lov.

  • .6 oz Magnum - 13.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min


    A West Coast hop with high Alpha Acid. Excellent bittering hop.
