  • 1 lbs Caramel Rye Malt; Weyermann

    Caramel Rye Malt; Weyermann

    German-grown top-quality rye (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: Carefully caramelized brown kernels lend a slightly aromatic, biscuit-like, smooth rye component and dark-brown color to finished beer. Recommended Quantities: Up to 15% of total grain bill Suitability (beer styles): All specialty multi-grain ales and lagers.

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 5.5 lbs Dry Light; Muntons

    Dry Light; Muntons

    Used as the base for a wide variety of styles of beers, including lager, pale ales, bitters, and export bitters. Contains no colored malts.

  • 2 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min


    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 2 oz Magnum - 12.3 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min


    A West Coast hop with high Alpha Acid. Excellent bittering hop.

  • 1 oz Zythos™ - 10.9 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min
