  • 1.00 lbs English Brown Malt

    English Brown Malt

    Imparts a dry, biscuit flavor. Used in nut brown ales, porters and some Belgian ales.

  • 15 lbs Liquid Amber; Muntons

    Liquid Amber; Muntons

    Made from a blend of pale and crystal malts this product provides the ideal building block for Ale and Bitter style beers.

  • 1.0 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min


    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1.0 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 1 min


    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
