Burnt Bee Braggot

This was one I was very worried about. I've only had wine mead once (a long time ago), and I've only read about Braggot on the internet. The idea was to keep it traditional without brewing the mead and ale separate and mixing when served, and darkening it up a bit to a caramel color. This is my round 2 recipe. The one i brewed was about 12% abv. I used 12lbs of honey instead of the 6 i named here. Very good, but very alcoholic. By cutting it down to 6%, I think it will be perfect.
