Named in honor of the amazing Beaumont Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. NOTE: char one side of the oak chips. soak them in 5 oz of bourbon (I prefer Four Roses). add the soaked wood chips to the secondary.

Brewed on 9/10/13. Came out dark with good body. Strong notes of chocolate already. I plan on racking to the secondary with the bourbon-soaked oak chips in 2 weeks. I'll update again when I bottle.
