Wind in the Willows

Wind in the Willows

American IPA • Partial Mash • 3 gal

The Inebriati

Brewing this for a baby-shower, if you believe it. Mash efficiency was higher than expected and OG was a tad higher than listed.

The Inebriati

Good!

Very popular with the guests, all despite the fact that this was probably the highest alcohol and hoppiest brew many of them had ever had. There is a nice sweetness that helps balance out the hops and the citrus fruit notes skew towards oranges rather than grapefruit. Probably the second best IPA I have yet brewed.
