going to add 5.0 oz Hershey's cocoa in the last 15 minutes of the boil.. then will add coffee at the end of the primary.. either coffee liquor or coffee extract that I will make 1/2 pounds of coffee in 3 cups boiling water steeped for 15 minutes.. then ran through 2 filters to remove oils and cooled.

the best I have made...

This was the best beer I have made yet... smooth creamy mouth... starts of sweet with subtle chocolate notes and finishes with a nice bitter..
