    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • .25 lbs German Dark Munich

    German Dark Munich

    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 3 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 2 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 2 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Anise Seed is a graybrown oval seed from Pimpinella anisum, a plant in the parsley family. It is related to caraway, dill, cumin, and fennel. Anise Seeds smell and taste like licorice.
