Ingredients (Partial Mash5.00 gal)

  • 2 lbs American Munich

    American Munich

Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

  • 0.75 lbs American Caramel 20°L

    American Caramel 20°L

Provides color, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 0.50 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • .25 lbs Black Roasted Barley

    Black Roasted Barley

Unmalted roasted grain, it is the backbone of many stouts. Imparts a sharp acrid flavor characteristic of dry stouts. Gives "dryness" to a stout or porter ,more so than regular Roasted Barley.

  • 6.0 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 2 oz Northern Brewer - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 3 oz Coffee (grounds) - (omitted from calculations)

    Coffee (grounds)

From the arabica plant. Beans are usually roasted and have a strong distinct bitter flavor. They are then ground and hot water is used to "steep" the unigue oils out of the grounds.

  • White Labs WLP004 Irish Stout

    White Labs WLP004 Irish Stout

This is the yeast from one of the oldest stout producing breweries in the world. It produces a slight hint of diacetyl, balanced by a light frui|iness and slight dry crispness. Great for Irish ales, stouts, porters, browns, reds and a very interesting pal

Maybe add some lactose?

With a name like Irish "Cream", it might be good to add some lactose.
