Scotch Red 2

Scotch Red 2

Scottish Export 80/- • Extract • 5 gal

Martins Mug

The wet hopping really gives this a nice clove aftertaste. It was pretty strong in the fresh beer, but gets smoother every week it's aged.

Great brew

Wet hopped with a dozen fresh picked Nugget hops in the secondary fermentation. Brewed it 5 months ago. It was overly hoppy when fresh, but with age it keeps getting better.
