  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • .5 lbs Caramunich® (Organic); Weyermann®

    Caramunich® (Organic); Weyermann®

    Weyermann Organic CARAMUNICH® is produced from malted German two-row barley from certified organic cultivation. Weyermann CARAMUNICH® consists of golden brown kernels, with a very aromatic smell.   • .5 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 12 lbs Unhopped Plain Light; Coopers

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.
