haystack honey ale

haystack honey ale

Blonde Ale • Extract • 5 gal

southmouth

add 1 lb. of the honey to the extract just before adding to boil and the other pound at 12 minutes of boil. I bottled with 1 cup of dry malt extract and conditioned 3 weeks in bottle. Clean, crisp and just the right thing for a warm porch sippin day.
