    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • 0.46 kg Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 0.33 kg German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 24 g Spalt Spalter - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 8 g Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
