My first beer for 2005, a nice big IPA should be a good one. Nice to see Beertools with the latest BJCP Styles. Single infushion mash at 67C.

  • 6.3 kg Australian Traditional Ale

  • 65 g Progress - 5.7 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min
