Wyeast1056American Ale™
Wyeast1056American Ale™
Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.
Notes
THis is a great clone of Bell's 2 hearted ale....probably the best american pale/amber Ive ever had!!!! If you can find Cenntenial hops use those instead of the cascade and hop pellets work great also. American pale malt and caramel at 152F for 60-90 min until conversion is complete. Boil 60 min.

This is a fabulous beer. If you are interested, direct from Bell's (I live in Kalamazoo), this is an all Centennial beer with Cascade as a dry hop only. Maris Otter base, Vienna compliment and Crystal for color are their malts. I did run a brew session with your recipe and it turned out damn tasty though, my compliments to the chef.
