Hi all:
I'm a newbie to homebrewing and I started my first batch earlier today. I was wonder if its OK to use bottled spring water that has not been boiled?
My situation is this: I added my wort to 2 gallons of spring water but I forgot to boil/cool the 2 gallons before hand. Now its all in the fermentor...is my batch ruined? Do I need to dump it out and start over?
Is my batch ruined???
