A quick question......I've used raw rice in several recipes and it's basically a pain in the butt cuz ya have to cook it first before adding to the mash.Can you use "parboiled" rice out of the bag and into the mash?? My supplier does not have flaked or syrup.

i suggest just ordering some syrup from a supplier online or get some of the catalogs that are out there for us brewers: a very good catalog is st. Patricks of texas...their e-mail is www.stpats.com :they have online ordering
