Can't import library/recipes/ingredients

Hello,

I have my entire recipe library stored on a separate drive. Just set up a new computer, installed new instance of BTP 2.1.2, and now can not seem to import any of my old data. I've tried both "scan for recipes" and "import beer xml".

Can you provide any guidance on how to get that data (as well as ingredients, equipment, schedules etc if possible) to carry over?
