Recipe Database question.

When I search for Extract Recipes in the database, I get recipes that contain malts along extracts. My guess is that they are supposed to be steeped. Am I correct in my assumption?

Yes, they should be steeping grains.

Feel free to ask about any grain you're not sure you can steep.
