What went wrong? Was this supposed to happen? Should I throw it out? What do I do now?

I have a question regarding polyclar 10 finning agent. I was told not to use polycar unless I was kegging and force carbonating because polyclar will settle out all the yeast, thus leaving no yeast for bottle priming. I had the idea of pitching a little yeast with the priming sugar before I bottle. Does anyone think this would be ok , and if so any Ideas on how much yeast I shoud use?
