I am new to this brewing , I want to make a dark lager, malty flavor winter lager. here it is. I had questioned using Mt. Hood Hops
0.15 American Carmel 40
0.15 American Carmel 60
0.20 Belgian Biscuit
2.62 Muntons Dry Light
2.62 Muntons Dry Dark
0.50 Honey
0.5 Mt. Hood Not into hoppines
Yeast WL 830
Any input would be great

Dark Lager
I would try another 0.5 oz of Hallertau or Crystal or make it a full oz. of Mt. Hood. That should give it some more flavor. Right now it sound a little light. But, it all depends on your taste. That's who you are breing for-right! Don't forget to add the honey at flame out!!!
Looks like you did a good job. Looks flavorful and crisp. The honey should give it a nice dry note. Tell us how it turns out.

Thank You
I will take the suggestion to the beer heart.
Re: Dark Lager
What is "Flame out"
Dark Lager
After you turn the heat off. Right after the boil. That way it is still hot enough to disolve the honey but will not destroy its delicate charm.
