I've just downloaded BeerTools Pro with a Gold Membership. I saved the download and ran the install (Win XP Media Center Laptop). When it goes to start up, all I get is the dreaded box that states "BeerTools Pro has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It then gives the options debug, send error report, don't send." Since I went through the trouble of downloading and PAYING for software, I'd LOVE for it to work. Any thoughts anyone?????
