Hop Pocket Clone

Post by mmmmbeer »

The clone recipe I have for a Thupper's Hop Pocket Ale clone says the wort should be in the primary fermenter for 2 weeks. That to me sounds a bit long. There's no more bubbling in the air lock and it's been 8 days. Anyone out there know/use this recipe?

Palmer's book "How to Brew" which is entirely online (http://www.howtobrew.com) suggests 2-3 weeks in the fermenter. He also explains the fermentation process quite well...
