Heat wave after bottling
The temperature in my apartment was around 75 for the entire fermentation process. It was only after I put it in the bottles that it was around 90 degrees during the day for 3 days. I hope it will just mellow out after a month or so. A Strawberry Wheat was in bottles at the same time and it tastes fine, so maybe I had some contamination.
