water profile

So i asked my water co. for a profile and they said there doing one now but heres a old one and i don't understand which info i am supposed to enter in beer tools

I can't find any mineral/hardness/alkalinity data in that report. It seems to show just the dangerous contaminant levels in the water rather than the mineral profile. You should try to obtain the data for ion levels, hardness, alkalinity and pH.
