online NW suppliers

I have searched on the forums and on the internet but the ones i have found are limited in ingrediants and the ones on the forum all seem to be on the east coast. will shipping from the east cost be fine? will the ice pack last that long? have been lurking for a year and a half now going to start getting into some brewing. thank you Drew
