What to expect from uncarbonated keg sitting in fridge?
I have an uncarbonated keg of beer sitting in my fridge that has been there for 3 months. Basically, I got through brewin/fermentation, tried kegging for the first time, had difficulty with the co2 regulator and then had just a bunch of stuff pile on that messing with it got pushed to the back of the line and its still sitting there in the fridge. So, it never got carbonated. Its just been sitting there closed up without air, but in fridge. I wanted to go ahead and fix the CO2 setup and tap it, but wanted to find out if the beer should still be ok or if there is anything I should watch out for?
