Sweet taste bass ale

What went wrong? Was this supposed to happen? Should I throw it out? What do I do now?

Sweet taste bass ale

Post by andybrew2010 »

So I brewed a bass ale clone. Ingredients from a few different sources so no problem there. I can post them if you think it will help. Anyway, I used my same techniques and no chance of contamination. One week primary. 2.5 weeks secondary. Kegged and carbonated. Now tastes sweet and a little off. Any suggestions?

what yeast did you use?
and by off, do you mean it tastes funky or just not exactly like a Bass?
