No need to re-pitch, your beer is probably just done.
What yeast did you use? Some yeast just finish quickly, but some Belgian yeast are famous for looking finished but taking weeks of slow fermentation to hit FG.
Take a gravity reading, if you can, then another one in a couple days. This will tell you if the fermentation is finished.

I Remember My First Beer
I bird dogged it to death. Most beers will ferment out in 3-5 days. I let mine set for at least 7 days. I have stopped taking a secondary reading due to laziness but my aces are: I do make a yeast starter so I know that there are plenty of fresh yeast to do the job and I also secondary for two weeks.
Relax and +1 to Slothrobs advice.

Should be okay. If you see signs of fermentation, it almost always finishes on its own. About the only time adding more yeast to the fermentation is needed is if the fermentation doesn't start in the first place.
It's almost always better to let the beer sit a little longer than to try and rush it.
Good luck!
