Floating Yeast

What went wrong? Was this supposed to happen? Should I throw it out? What do I do now?

Are you using Wheinstephen? If so, it clumps together after the second batch. I have had no ill effects from this. Also low tempreture causes this yeast to clump and float. Wierd, but fruity.
