Can someone post a tried & true American Pale Ale recipe showing losses to kettle, adjustments for losses etc so I can input it to my recipe. I’m still battling with discrepancies from another programme trying to brew using BTP. Final gravity of competitors software, 1.045, 4.5% ABV but I get 1.043 4.2% ABV from memory using BTP. Same amount of grain same batch size but that’s a big difference. 20L into fermenter other software, 24L in kettle BTP, adjustment for loss to kettle minus 4L. Maybe it's just the grain formulas that are a bit different perhaps.
