I've never used chocolate, so I can't comment on that, but the rest of the recipe looks really solid.

Let us know how it comes out.

Hi, slothrob
Enjoyed my first pint yesterday!! This is along the lines of Youngs Double Chocolate stout. The fermentation was weird. 4 weeks and the krausen never dropped. Put the nibs in secondary and went two more weeks. Two weeks in the bottle and it tastes excellent. Was told it will get better if I let it set more. Won't be easy slurp slurp :)
