Yeast Storage

Postby Kepler57 » Mon Mar 28, 2005 6:55 pm

I am about ready to rack to my secondary and i would like to start retaining my yeast for future batches. I was wondering what the best type of container is for yeast storage. What containers does everyone else use?

When you are ready to brew your next batch, pull it out and let it get room temp before pitching to your new batch.
