G'day all, im a novice a.g brewer from aus, big fan of the tools. Just wanted to know if i can use vienna as 100% of my grain bill?? Will it convert itself o.k?? Any advice is always appreciated, tah.

You can use 100% Vienna malt without any problems. Makes a nice Vienna or Marzen, Give it a go you will not be disappointed.
