I assume that you mean that you wanted to take a commercial NA beer in 12oz. bottles and make it alcoholic? If so, you can add alcohol, but why do you want to do this? Why not just make a beer in the first place. It will cost less and taste incredibly better!

Here in England we have "Animal Rights" laws which make it an offence to turn animals into alcoholics!
