Bock Lager Fermentation
I'm attempting my first lager and I'm looking to use the Whitelabs WLP 833 Bock Lager yeast. OG should come around 1.069. Since I'm new to lagering I was curious how long my primary should take with it around 50 degrees F. I intend to lager 4-6 weeks at 34-40 degrees then.

Around 2 Weeks
Plalo: I'd estimate 2 to 3 weeks based on that gravity. See a previous post of mine about lager yeast performance for some other background info. For best performance, and minimal off flavor production, make a big starter (twice as big as an ale's) and pitch cold (the temperature you'll be fermenting at).
