BeerTools 2.0.18 in French: units problem

Hello,
I've adjusted the units in the preferences into the usual French units (°C, kg, L, g, ...)
But in few menus, there are still the US units: fermenters, yeast, calculator for mashing.
Please have a look to these picture in a Word file.

Last thing I noticed, the date is not saved (I used online saving).

Also some problems with the screen refresh in the calculators window. I use Windows 10 x64.
