I'm looking for a dropdown Stage distinction between Mash (Mash Tun) and Mash-out (Mash Tun). Whether it's dark grains or pre-hops, I don't want these additions for the entire mash duration. Just at mash-out/sparge. Can we get a Stage category for that please? The recipe printout says " - added during mash" and I sometimes botch my additions timing because of the broad "mash" category.
