Specify recipe amounts by percentage

Using the sliders works OK, but the "resolution" of the sliders is not precise enough and it's not usually easy to hit the exact amount you're trying to. It would be great to be able to type in the exact percentage # we're looking for.

To access “percentage mode”, choose “Fermentables” from the ingredients display selector (top left of the ingredients list). Edit percentages by clicking on the proportion cell for each ingredient. The total percentage is displayed at the bottom. Try to get it to equal 100%. Hope this helps.

Excellent, thank you! I never filter the list by ingredient type, I had no idea that option was there...
