BTP API error
BTPro team,
Upon downloading the latest release, I found that although I could log in to BeerTools using the API, I would recieve an error about three seconds later stating "A communication error occurred, please contact BeerTools.com". The error on the API window reads "msg:XML parser error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)". Is this a problem on my side or yours?
Cheers,
Pete

Right after login?
Did you ever receive your recipe list or did it pretty much happen when you logged in? Basically what is happening is the XML parser is choking on an invalid character in a recipe name, author name or style name. It should be a minor error to fix.

Yes. This happened right after the login - a few seconds in fact. I don't receive my recipe list, it simply says I have logged in and then the error occurs.

Same error, but no odd characters noted
I got this one too, and posted about it in the "My beer tools import is awesome!!" topic, but thought this topic might be more appropriate. The name of the recipe is ME Chocolate Porter, style Porter, substyle Baltic Porter. Not sure where to see the Author Name, but it shouldn't have any odd characters. I emailed it to myself, and could foreward it if that'd help.
