My store is functional!

Ok, guys I don't have all the bells and whistles yet but the store works so check it out and let me know what you all think. Your advice and oponions have been very helpful up to this point. If you do make a purchase of $30 or more and mention the forum I'll throw in a free White Labs or smack-pack....

Maize

I haven't used much corn either but I do carry Flaked Maize(corn) and brewery grade corn syrup. Either of these should do the trick. Let me know how it comes out and what you use.

Dry Irish Stout

Got a Dry Irish Stout going at the shop right now, but a red ale does sound good. Maybe that'll be next.

Spark Plug Gapper

The adjustable ones, not the round kind. 45 thousanths is a good number to start with and adjust as needed from there.

store question

Hey guys,
I'm currently carrying the hops sold in 1 ounce N2 sealed packages. They cost more so obviously I have to charge more. My question is, is the freshness worth the extra cost?
Your oponion would be greatly appreciated.

Billy,
If I'm not mistaken you also live in Texas. I was wondering if you have ever tried to grow hops here and if so how was it?
Thanks
