Now that it is togetther and working, what should I use to clean out the flux and other assorted stuff that is in the system. I was thinking of making a batch of PBW and circulating that for a while and then rinsing with star san. Will that be sufficient to remove all the gunk????

Why would a 90 minute boil be necessary??

What kind of hops do they use?? And what would your guess be for length of boil??

OK Eric, you are syaing that if I get the brewferm kit, I jsut need to add the lambic blend and then add some raspberries later in the secondary and I should get a pretty good belgian lambic????
