I want to make some labels

I'd like to make some labels for my beer, but I'm unsure of what kind of program would be good for doing this, and then what should i print these labels onto. If anyone is currently doing this let me know what you use. Thanks, Ed

Thats Possible

Thats entirely possible, but it fermented completely. Maybe the yeast just died off completely after that. who knows. I'm gonna try to add some corn sugar and if that doesnt work, maybe I'll add a little bit of starter with some sugar in it. I just dont want to give up on the beer too easily. Thanks...

thats the same idea i had

I thought that i could uncap and add some corn suger, I just wanted to see what anyone had to say about my dilemma. There weren't any temp swings, at least not more than maybe 2 or 3 degrees. I guess it will just cost me a couple of more caps, and hopefully that will work. Would the fact that it is ...

I've never had a problem

As far as leaving it in or not, I think that depends on whether or not you want to do the extra work. I usually just dump my wort into the primary, or just through a strainer to get the larger clumps of stuff. I make sure I carefully siphon off into my secondary leaving the trub behind. I also rack ...

Thanks for the Info

Dave, thanks for the info, is 20 deg about 68 degrees F??? I think its closer to that, I think after my initial ferment I am going to put it in my closet which stays at about 52 degrees F, which is about 11 degrees C. I think this will be sufficient. I used some dry lager yeast. The recipe is for a ...

I want to make a lager, but can't keep it cool, any suggesti

I would like to brew a lager, but I dont have the ability to keep it at a controlled temp while it ferments. Would I be able to use ale yeast and still make a lager beer ( I specifically would like to make a bock). I think I saw somewhere that I could use aan ale yeast and still get a lager tasting ...

I agree with mcbees

I agree with mcbees who also responded to you. I started out with the basic kit which included the 2 buckets the capper some stoppers and check valve. Then I got a couple of carboys and other things along the way. The biggest concern is what type of brewing will you be doing. Will you be doing extra...
