non twist caps???

Isn't it the bottle that is twist or non twist?? All I can get is twist off bottles and I use generic caps with great success. Hope this helps

Can you make a decent ptchable yeast from the dry packets?? Liquid yeasts are impossible for me to get. Once again mail order costs to eastern canada is killer. Can I make my own from these very available yeast packets? I've also heard of making yeast from store bought beer (not that I have any, or ...

any ideas for adding a sight glass. Here in Eastern Canada, allgrain is pretty scarce. Parts are nonexistant and mail order from the USA is insane on shipping. Any homemade ideas?? Thanks

Nova Scotia All Grain

Any Easterners out there doing all grain? I'm building a 3 tier system and looking to share some ideas maybe even some brews. I'd really like to see an all grain brew done before I fire mine up this spring.

New to all grain

Hey Folks; I am presently building an all grain system (3 teir gravity fed) all I need now is my kettles. I'm looking for ideas for a first brew. Something simple so I can enjoy the first time with not too much hassle. Any ideas?? Thanks
