Def two packs for dry 11.5 gram for 5 gal. I'm in the middle of making a 4l starter for the RIS i'm brewing tomorrow.

US-05 or any cal ale yest is great for RIS, you could try the blue packet from saf-ale if you like more esters.

You should try using the Eric system for weights. Much easier than dealing with lbs and Ozs.

I'd also like the percentage feature to be something I can enter rather than sliders.

I currently work around this easily enough but would like to be able to enter % of grain bill and target OG and it calculate my grain weights for me.
